being fresh out of college I watched as many YouTube videos about selling the pen as possible (I knew this question would be coming). It's sales, so ask questions about their current pen and how they use it first. Do they write for business, do they draw artistically? Have they had any problems with their current pens? Do they plan on upgrading pens in the next year?
