I had none but explained that I can design to strict specs. I should have mentioned my Defense Electronics experience to back it up. I did talk about it throughout the interviews though and it was listed on my resume. Also mentioned experience in High Energy Physics Instrumentation. I should have stressed those areas more and mentioned the tight following of standards specs. P.S. : I had to answer the question about an offer when entering this experience on Glassdoor to finish the review. However I chose "No", but had not yet received word from Hologic about the result.
