I can't really remember many of the questions, but I do remember talking about being a goal oriented individual and setting deadlines for myself. Macy's will like this...they have a daily report called the Star Daily that shows departmental goals of the store, and the employees who helped meet these goals. The Star Daily is passed out to people every day, and lists people who open accounts, meet their sales goals, or do other important things for their departments/the store.
