The job is 100% commission which is okay because you make your own hours, and you are technically a business owner because you are Independent. And I guess as a business owner I would be working on commission anyways no matter what type of business I start. Pros: After the first year you start earning stock in the company. I can make my own hours. 100% support and training from the higher ups. Cons: Its only commission, so if you don't give 110% you won't make money.
