Asked to parse an ini file into Ruby objects accessible by dot notation. Take 3-4 hours.

I used parslet gem and openstruct objects in an rspec test harness to satisfy the requirement. Probably finished 80%. Didn't want to take more hours than they said to use, but maybe that was a mistake.
