Group discussion and personal interview. Analytical thinking and good communication skills tested with knowledge of subject.
GD - on feet thinking regarding a scenario in a few minutes with reasonable explanation regarding choices.
PI- subjective questions and aptitude questions
very comfortable, only issue they took almost everyone ahead in GD till HR if they had eliminated some of them in the first rounds the process wouldve been a bit easier for the rest of us
