The organization DES/FAA is a bad employer, they lie and will steal your pay increases by moving potential increases to what ever department they feel like at the time. I waited ten plus years after being told we were on a "temporary wage freeze" and to please be patient only to be told clerks will never see a pay increase and the money went to interviewers and others. hope the top management burns in Hell.
