All are straight question and point to point answers Cleared all rounds. Manager asked CTC and expected CTC and asked how early I can join. Told Hr will call to negotiate and explained the entire salary structure in the company. HR never called. Same happened to one of my friend who went for interview on the same date. Seems they are just taking interview only for showing the numbers to higher authorities. No intention to take anyone. Interview was scheduled by neerinfotech consultancy.
