3 interviews. Quick and fast. Took 2 months after last interview to be offered the job. The more people you know there, the more likely you are to get the job... sad but true.

Interview
I interviewed with HR who was based overseas. He put me through to the next round of interviews and I met with two people who would oversee the role. I thought the interview went well but didn't hear anything back until I asked two weeks later. HR informed me that they would like me to complete a project. I had seven days to do it, sent it back to them within the timeframe and then heard absolutely nothing. I spent days working on this project and have since been ghosted by the HR person. I don't appreciate being left in the dark and feel that they are very disorganized and disrespectful of the candidate's time. The role has since changed to a photographer/ visuals editor role, which if I wasn't a correct fit for, just let me know. I understand communication may be difficult given the time difference, but I have never been ghosted like that after completing a project.

Interview
I applied on LinkedIn and heard back within a couple days from HR. They set up an interview and had a virtual interview with two people I would've been working with. The interview was about 45 minutes, we had a great conversation and I thanked them promptly after via email. I have since been ghosted by HR and the people I interviewed with and find that the time I took for the whole process was not respected. I at least expect an update!
