Having worked previously at an animal hospital, team work is absolutely essential to getting through the day successfully. If I was working the night shift, it was important I left detailed notes for the morning shift as well as assembling their tools for morning surgeries. Communication between the 2 shifts was crucial to ensuring patient success.
