Really, REALLY? No I don't believe in one. Who the hell comes up with this stuff? I said they are important to keep everyone on the same page as to procedures; they are there to document incidents if they do occur so that changes can be made to prevent repeat incidents and hold people accountible. She was not impressed with this answer.
