This one was a little unexpected because I wasn't quite sure what they were trying to gauge by asking this question. Also, I am a currently a senior in undergrad, and haven't had direct exposure to the insurance industry, so I wasn't sure how to answer. However, after I answered the question, the hiring manager did mention that she just wanted to know if anyone gave me their opinion of the insurance industry, which was a fair question from that stand point.
