Initial contact from Drager was in a 1 on 1 phone interview with HR, then immediately after with an engineer. Then an in-person interview was held while said engineer was on school campus interviewing for internship positions. During the on-site interview, I gave a powerpoint presentation on the senior project I was finishing up for school. Overall, the process was pleasant, well organized, and well-treated as a candidate.
