* Provided with a conference room, laptop and phone in order for any additional preparation for presentation.

* Taken to lunch at on-site cafe with hiring manager and division manager.
* Given tour of specific departments within the facility.
* 1:1 interview with hiring manager where I was asked about my interest, told about the area and also asked to get an expected salary figure.

Interview
Staffing agency had an ad in the paper. I responded to the ad. Agency submitted my resume to HR. Agency called me to set up phone interview with Lead Engineer. Had one hour phone interview with Lead Engineer
I followed up with thank you letter and sent more information of my backgroud.
Two weeks later, I received a phone call for 1:1 and group interview
Two weeks later, I has 1:1 interview with VP, at that time they offered the job.
