Interview process consisted of two phone interviews and then a half-day of in-person interviews with various groups of people. The two phone interviews were with HR and the hiring manager separately. The in-person interviews were with groups of 2-5 people (of various roles in the R&D department) and lasted about 30-60 minutes each. Everyone was extremely nice and professional
