i started coding and he just remained silent (no feedback or lack of direction). After i finished my coding, he did not say if my solution was right or wrong, he just said he will provide his feedback to the recruiter and recruiter will get in touch with me. After the interview, i ran my code in the editor and it worked for most cases. Its been more than a month and i haven't heard back from recruiter or hiring manager. This lackadaisical culture and wannabe attitude makes me think otherwise. At least know the answers for the questions you ask!!!.
