I gave a description of both the models, wherein Waterfall is linear and Agile is iterative in nature. Next, I answered the question on bandwidth optimization using the Sprint example. So for instance the first Sprint is regarding backend development. So resources working on those tools can be involved in Sprint 1 while front-end resources can work on a different project till Sprint 1 ends.
