moh relay are distance relays that can measure the impedance in one direction(the direction the relay is set for in the i.e measures impedance in one quadrant). differential relay measure the current difference(error) in its primary and secondary and then triggers. over current relay is pretty straight forward it measure the current above a given threshold and then triggers if it crosses a limit.
