As an advice, understanding what does the recruiter want to know about you by asking all those questions. Also, as I previously mentioned, use the STAR process for every question (for situation based question : tell me about a time you...) As a result, always emphasise what you learned from the situation you just talked about and link one or more of HubSpot values and its importance.
