The first step I took to overcome a difficult situation, was to bring the leadership team together and gauge where each leader was at with the problem. After probing individually, I gathered results and came up with a root cause. I then created a routine/best practice that addressed the root concern of the team. With consistent follow up from the leadership team and myself, we were able to construct a positively performing culture that drove results at all levels.
