I said that I work well in teams and enjoy it. I usually like to get to know all my team members personally. I had previous experience in security and enjoyed the work. The difficult coworker question I explained a scenario in which I was training with one dispatcher and she was sick so I stuck on my own with a difficult dispatcher and I had to ask her to help me and negotiate how it would be beneficial to her.
