BTS differs from other strategy consulting firms in that it is NOT a strategy consulting firm. BTS is a learning and development firm that creates and delivers training materials in order to communicate their clients' strategies to employees; though it's not always strategy, it's often basic finance or business skills. There is one clear fact though: if you go to work for BTS, no client will ever ask for a point of view on strategy, or really anything other than how their training program should be designed or delivered.
