Customer service is my focus. I presented to my manager the idea of sending out thank you cards to recent patients thanking them for choosing our hospital and department and allowing staff to sign their names or write a message to personalize each one. my manager took the idea to administration and now the cards are being sent out hospital wide for each and every patient treated...not just my department!
