1- You will not get any education so do not lower your salary based on any proposed education cost 2- Do not sign the Bond Agreement 3- There are only around 50 people in the entire company that have been there for 5+ years. 4- Intra-preneurship: no such thing. 5- If you ask for more than 100K, you will not get the job
