I try to adapt my communication style while staying professional. If a coworker is very direct, I don’t take it personally. I focus on the message and the work that needs to be done. I believe open, respectful communication helps avoid misunderstandings. If there’s ever a disagreement, I’d address it privately, listen to their perspective, share my own calmly, and work toward a solution that supports the team.
