I did the F2F on Monday. It's an interesting format. I'd suggest wearing either a navy/black suit. For women -- (either pants or a skirt), white button down, nylons & having your hair pulled back. The interview itself is VERY situational. Have specific examples for every guest service situation that could arise. Do your research and have questions for them? It's a relatively quick process -- one initial interview with a FA recruiter then some were dismissed & other were asked to stay for possible additional questions. I made it thru both but you received an email last night saying I was not selected. All in all, it was a great experience. Definitely recommend. Just be yourself. Good luck!
