I said I had one on my lower neck. The interviewer asked if it could be seen with a t shirt style shirt and I said yes. She said I wasn't qualified because of that, she shared people had been sent home from the face to face interview and from graduation when they were discovered. I told her I'm getting it removed and she was very nice and told me to reapply after. I'm glad I was honest about it. She also said Frontier has the strictest guidelines on tattoos but they may be looking into that eventually.
