It started off fine. Appt for the screening a one hour call and then time set up about 6 weeks later with hiring manager. The delay was due to vacations and holidays. Hiring manager seemed frazzled a bit and she didn’t like that I asked a question at the end that she answered prior during the chat. She gave me a confused stare. It was all nerves on my end and I wish the hiring manager would have considered yes candidates get nervous during this process. It’s a lot of stress. However even if I was not selected I find it offensive and highly unprofessional to ghost me afterwards. I was shocked coming from a large company.
