I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at L'Oréal in Mar 2012
Interview
The process consisted of two interviews, a behavorial interview and a technical interview. The behavorial interview consisted of typical questions asking about prior experiences and how I have reacted to certain situations in the past. The technical interview was about L'Oreal products and how I thought they were made. They also had questions about what went wrong with certain products.
The job interview was very pleasant, with a relaxed and direct atmosphere. It was very insightful. The discussion included a short case study where you had to apply simple mathematical rules.
Friendly HR intern but with low interest in the candidates’ background. Very quickly it comes to end. The time between invitation and interview is quite short for well preparation and final response were very slow.
