Interview
It was a 15 min group interview. Three candidates and three recruiters. First, each candidate talked about their previous experience and then each recruiter asked a specific for the candidates to answer. Some of the questions were specific about the background of the candidate others were about management skills.

usually there is no format about questino and very differenct question depend on interviewers... but it must be mention about sense fo beauty or prodcuts. Theay alwasy trying to find the person whether he interested beauty industry..
There is not many figures wise question and case, but it is helpful to current consumer trend and behavior about beauty.
