Interview
Had to wait for quite a while. When the store manager was ready we went to the office which was very small and very messy. Stacks of papers were stacked every where. Names were exchanged and a hand shake. I was asked several questions which I gave responses to. I was offered a position. The position was explained to me and what was expected along with what I should be expecting. When I accepted offer I was given paperwork to fill out. Once all the paperwork was complete we shook hands and said a few words. Left the store and left.

Easy, you fill out paper application, talk to the store manager and just like that you're hired. He might ask you a couple of questions about your experience and schedule availability. It's easy here, if they like you, you are hired; if they don't like you they throw away your application.
