First, HR conducted a phone interview with questions regarding your resume. They will ask you to expound on it. If you pass the first interview, they will schedule a Panel interview for you and before that you will take an online personality exam. The panel interview will be conducted by 1-2 brand managers who will ask a series of situational and personality questions.
