Interview
It began with them calling me and telling me there was this job available. I went to an interview and it was an assessment center where they gave me and the group I was with (6 other people) like 3 exercises to solve and then we should all get to an answer (this is to see your ability to work in group). They see how you behave and if what you showed match the position then they will call you for a personal interview. They are mostly looking for people who deliver results, who can work in teams and have initiative.
