Interview
I had sent my CV through their website for this specific role.2 weeks later an administrator called me to set an appointment at the company's HQ.While I was waiting , I was impressed by the positive general climate at the reception. They invited me to a room where an HR executive and the Business unit manager were waiting. They were very kind and friendly. The questions were the usual during an interview for sales management and they made me feel comfortable. But I got the feeling that due to the fact that I came from an industry different than the food industry they had already decided about my fate.
