It took 5 months from application to offer over 6 rounds of interviewing. They took 3-4weeks between interviews to give a feedback. Then they offered me 30% less salary then I indicated to the recruiter at the first call as the lowest of my salary expectation range was. Way below industry range. Plus a 12 months contract instead of a permanent that I applied for. The interviewing took a lot of time and energy from both of us for nothing, because they did’t respect anything we discussed during the first meeting.
