I had a strong interview where I presented my experience confidently and engaged well with the panel. Although I wasn’t selected, I received positive feedback and appreciated the opportunity to share my journey. It was a great learning experience that helped me reflect, refine my approach, and stay motivated for the next opportunity that aligns even better.
Be prepared on the phone screening for them to ask you actual behavioral questions. Then had 2 more interviews with similar behavioral questions. Make sure to have the STAR format down and research the company (be able to list some of their products).
