I applied through my university and got an email that I would have a phone interview a week after I applied. It was said in the email that the phone interview would be behavior-based. My interviewer asked basic interview questions before starting the behavior-based questions and made it clear they wanted it answered using the STAR method. They asked about 4 of these questions that were typical "Tell me a time when..." questions.
