This role is part of the Manufacturing Development Program. First round was a 1-hour phone interview with a recruiter- all behavioral/informational. About a week later, the recruiter contacted me to set up a virtual second round - this consisted of 3 1-hour video interviews back-to-back, each with 2 employees. I appreciated that they even got the plant manager involved as an interviewer. The recruiter had given clear guidance beforehand to prepare a number of instances to talk about in response to behavioral questions. ~2 days after this final round, the recruiter informed the team would like to have me out to the site (Denver) for a tour. There were no additional interviews at this stage - just meet-and-greets, a facility tour, lunch with the team, and lots of time for me to ask questions. At the end of this site visit, I received the formal offer letter (salary in the upper $80k's is on the lower end given my >2yrs experience). All travel was reimbursed, and the team members themselves seemed like nice people to work with. I declined the offer on the basis of Nestle's ethics differing too greatly from my personal values. Additionally, the MDA program requires relocation to different sites in areas much less desirable than Denver. I'd only be guaranteed a role in Denver for the first rotation (~18 months) before potentially being sent somewhere in the middle of nowhere without an opportunity for personal input. Remote work did not seem like an option for this role (be ready to smell like dog food everyday).
