First HR screens you, then you do an onsite interview with multiple key stakeholders who interview together going back and forth from a shared script. You can use the same example but it is better to provide different ones in each interview.

I had a phone screening with HR then about a week or two later, I had 3 1-hour interviews back to back, so 3 hours total. They each asked similar questions. Know the STAR format and have multiple stories for the same “theme” (ex. Problem solving). Everyone was very nice and the interview went by quickly, even though it was 3 hours.
