I have applied 3 more times since and have gotten rejection emails every time.  Not sure what they look for because working in a distribution center for 20+ years is not it.  I have wondered their level of discrimination.

I'm not sure if u have a degree or not but I really do think that is one of the requirements they have to consider a qualified candidate. It absurd to me that they have this as a requirement for this position. It's got to do with performance and delivering. The best employees I've seen in this field have no degrees. They not only get the work done with flying colors but they can teach a thing or two to those with degrees.

Nothing against anyone with degrees, it certainly is a huge accomplishment that every individual should feel proud of. I'm just sharing my own personal experiences.
