The question itself was wrong. A real UX designer would know .. Figma is just a tool to create UI mockups. UX process is what we do outside figma. This is a typical mistake junior designers do... They think figma = UX. When you interview someone for a principal role... You should not focus whole discussion over a figma file and give the judgement over that. Overall, the interview experience with junior designers was not good. Felt more restrictive. Some maturity is required.
