Cvent Interview Question

Questions were on resume and technical know how. I was asked a single question- If there is a sorted array with elements having multiple occurences, print all the unique elements. I give him the o(n) solution but he wasn't pleased with it. Then i give him a solution adding binary search to the algorithm.
