I am currently an IT Helpdesk Technician at [employer], where I work on Tier 1 and 2 support issues, such as password resets and software issues, and escalate issues to supervisors if necessary. Not only have I worked at [employer] in technical support, I also have worked at [] and [], where I edited over 1,000 client profiles within the databases accordingly before submitting, increasing accuracy significantly. In my next role, I hope to collaborate with IT experts, and play a huge role in their technical support strategy. I saw an opportunity at Crestron, and believe my skills, both in past and current roles, can contribute immensely to this role.
