The point here isn't about hiring everyone who applied but more so respecting and responding to candidates during the process. I have had one phone interview and three in person interviews, which could easily add up to be 5-6 hours total. I respect Touchmarks decision. It is only reasonable to at least get a final response in the end after I have invested so much of my time instead of being ignored. Your comment about "not being able to hire everyone that applies" is reflecting the opposite of a humble and respectful work environment.
