Everytime I started to discuss a new topic, experience, or project - the Head of Digital cut me off me and aggressively went "whoa whoa whoa. WHOA. Back up. It's what?" To me, this demonstrated an inability on her part to grasp high level concepts or follow a conversation. It also demonstrated her bullying me.
