I said I have worked nights and weekends to meet deadlines occasionally, but prefer to work 45 hours on normal weeks. They told me in their feedback this was the reason I did not get hired; they expect 50-60 hours minimum. If you want to work here, expect very intense hours and prepare a story of workplace heroics where you went all-out and didn't hate the experience.
