This is the second best job I have ever had until the last 2 years of my employment when my salary and pay method was changed. If you take that out of the equation, I would recommend this job to anyone, but unless you are willing to accept varying paycheck amounts, pressure from your higher up to get more business from the customer (I thought that would be the salesman's job), and if you don't mind when you don't have any production work then you get base pay and if you have no work to do at all, you get paid 9.00 an hour.
