I got a call from an outsourced hiring company I**. Unprofessional recruiter left me a voice mail with no actual message. It took me two days to find this guy, had to get hold of the company and then his pM to find out why he called me. He said oh well I wanted to schedule a phone interview. Well why can't you leave that message I the phone message so that as a candidate I am not going crazy! very unprofessional and careless attitude! You should not be working for a company like I** or UHG! Disgrace. Then I had a phone interview with this same guy the next day. That phone call lasted 30sec, and he rejected me saying that you only have 3 months of TOAD experience and we need at least 1 year experience. the requirement from the company doesn't even mention that!! It very clear the this unprofessional I** recruiter had made up his mind in vengeance and came up with lame reason. Very obvious! I am hoping that someone from UHG Hiring or HR pays attentions to this red flag and what kind of people are representative they have for their company! Totally shocked ! Well it's good thing that I had two offers already in hand for senior level position before he spoke to me.
