This actually isn't that accurate. I had my interview in SF last week. By the time I got to the second room I waited at least 30 minutes to get called to talk to the other recruiters. I talked with them for about 10 minutes and then was sent to HR. My day there was about 4 hours so I guess it just depends. Not everyone will be out in 2 hours.
