While there are many Key Risk Indicators depending on the study design and objectives, the most important KRI’s which effect the Site performance are, unreported or inadequate AE or SAE reporting, Incorrect Enrolment/Randomisation, Inadequate source documentation (not following the ALCOA principles), number of Protocol or ICH GCP deviations at site, Early termination of subjects or lost to follow up subjects
